Introducing The Sanctuary Sunday Social.
Sekisui House activated its Wentworth Point precinct, Sanctuary, with a community event designed to set a lasting tone for the new neighbourhood.
Events Unlimited turned the central parkland into an open-air lounge, layered with jute rugs, market umbrellas, emerald and rust cushions, timber benches, and more, reflecting the attention to detail for which Sekisui House is known.
The food and music were intended for a slow, easy Sunday. A Messina gelato cart, a branded coffee bar, a wood-fired pizza station and a BBQ kept all 600 guests fed and in no rush to leave. Beautiful acoustic sets played throughout the afternoon, and a dedicated kids’ zone at peak time gave families ample time to settle in and enjoy.
Delivering the event in a live residential parkland meant bringing every element onsite from scratch: power, waste, a PA system, and shade from the autumn sun. We coordinated road closures and staged bump-ins to protect the resident experience—in a record 10 days!
Managing concept, styling, supplier coordination and onsite delivery, Events Unlimited shaped a community gathering that was warm, local and unmistakably on-brand; exactly the kind of first impression Sanctuary by Sekisui House can build on.
